Thank you SO MUCH for the work you did on my dad's apartment. I know that by your standards it was a very small job, but for me and my sister it was huge. After all the events of the past few months, we are completely dry ... and it helped enormously to have you sort out my mom's clothes, organize my dad's clothes (I had not realized he was the Imelda Marcos of pants), buy and fill the great organizers, and hang the pictures.
 
The apartment looks really cute now. I really liked where you put the pictures. You put some of them in unexpected places, because you were unencumbered by the memory of where they used to go in the old house. I think that once the rest of the furniture is in place, everything will look completely "swell," as Dad would say. It already looks cute, comfortable, and familiar, and Dad will be able to get easily to his things. 

Again, Mary and I were so pleased, and your work took a big load off our shoulders. I would be glad to be a reference for other clients in similar situations, and would not hesitate to call you again for a bigger job.

Dear Amy,

When I called you about the home I have listed on Inks Lake, my preconceived ideas where that this was going to cost my clients a fortune, and their investment would never be recovered. Was I wrong! Your eye for detail and your work ethic are beyond compare. I was amazed that anybody could walk into that house, look around, and then change the initial 'blah factor' into a pleaseant surprise in such a short period of time. Your work was so impressive that I've passed your name on to several other Realtors in the area that I kow could use your help. As for recovering the price of their investment, your prices were as amazing as your work and this was a non-factor.

It takes a lot to impress me enough to say something positive about someone!   The Jacksboro Ranch project turned into much more than I contemplated. During construction you selected the color scheme I was looking for ; floors, walls, trim, counters,  kitchen cabinet and more. We were able to work together long distance with the use of email and store web sites which saved a lot of time. Your shopping skills are excellent regarding budgets, themes and you see what will work so clearly and fast.  Your ability to work with my supervisors in such an efficient manner was a help to me as I couldn’t be on site at all times.
